Start your evening with a drink on the roof (The Woods serves breakfast, lunch, dinner and happy hour), and then head down to Safta for award-winning Israeli cuisine from a James-Beard award-winning chef or Temaki Den for a delicious omakase meal of fresh raw fish (order the aburi salmon belly with creme fraiche and you won’t be sorry). Located on the rooftop of the Source Hotel + Marketplace in RiNo is The Woods, a great rooftop spot craft cocktails, bites, New Belgium Brews and beautiful views of Denver. Stop by for Happy Hour (weekdays 3:00 – 5:30 p.m.), and you’ll see a number of $5 menu items like chips and guacamole, house margaritas, borracho street corn and quesadillas. Many rooftop bars in the city are pricey, but this is one of the most affordable rooftop bars in Denver. Enjoy a drink or a taco on their downstairs patio (great for people watching along Larimer Street) or head upstairs to their rooftop bar and enjoy a nice view of the Ramble Hotel and the surrounding RiNo neighborhood.
